Host to the 10-race INEX Winter Heat Series and various other races throughout the year, the Charlotte Motor Speedway — Infield Road Course is a 2.25-mile road course with several elevation changes. Portions of this road course are incorporated in the NASCAR Cup Series ROVAL. In addition to this road course and the 1.5-mile super speedway, the CMS complex, also, includes a 6/10-mile karting layout track and a quarter-mile on the frontstretch, a drag strip and a fifth-mile track on the outside of the backstretch.
